Interesting Knives to Ponder about
In my search for hidden knives and concealed blades for another of my blogs, I came across a few of them that I couldn't put in that specific category. Some of them I never would have dreamed existed. So I've decided to start an entirely different page devoted to a few of these gems. Enjoy.
All Purpose Hammer

This is one of those tools I never knew I was missing until I saw it. It would definitely make a useful addition to a camping or survival kit. It's a hammer/axe that is also a pair of pliers with various blades and attachments. Unlike those cheap pliers that act like a swiss army knife, this is the sort of thing that would last. Definitely something I would want to have if I were lost in the woods for any extended period of time.
The Fish Knife

This is just plain wierd. It is originally intended for use in cutting fruits. I would imagine it would be a strange feeling to use this blade. Like slapping a pineapple with a fish.
Swiss Army Chocolate

Well, this isn''t a knife at all, but I found it amusing. It looks and feels exactly like a swiss army knife, but unpeels into a chocolate bar.
Cell Phone Knives

To be honest, this doesn't actually exist as far as I know. It's just the idea of it that really got me to wishing someone would put one on the market. I imagine it would be difficult to make one with a durable enough frame to cut with and protect the electonics inside though.
Gunblades

These are just really cool to begin with. They were rare, but were used in certain ages throughout history like the old flintlock daggers. They are also used in a number of video games like the Final Fantasy series. I haven't been able to find any working gunblades in my searches, though there are quite a few replicas out there. Wikipedia has some historical information about them under the term "pistol swords".
Umbrella Sword

I have used this one on my other blog about hidden knives, though I can't resist adding it to the list, it's one of my favorites. Everywhere you go when it's raining, you have a rapier with you. That and it'd be great to show off to friends.
